Shaadi Manager — Wedding Planning Platform

Shaadi Manager was built to bring the many moving pieces of wedding planning — checklists, budgets, vendors, guest lists — into one organized platform, replacing the usual mix of spreadsheets and group chats. The platform is structured around the natural planning workflow: a checklist keeps track of what's done and what's pending, a budget view keeps spending visible, and dedicated sections handle vendor coordination and guest management. The interface was designed to feel calm and easy to use even when planning gets stressful, with clear visual progress indicators throughout. Built as a responsive web application, it works as well on mobile as on desktop, since a lot of wedding planning happens on the go. The goal was to turn a chaotic, multi-tool planning process into something couples can manage from a single, organized place.
